Hi
I am using 3660 and 3640 router for doing Video over IP. I don't have problem in doing same but I am facing problem in monitoring of the same. I have applied policy map and when I am giving command " Sh policy-map " on 3640 it gives me more details while on 3660 it commands doesn't give me details. Also for the sh access-list I am not getting any output on 3660 router. While I am using same IOS version on both router then why it is happening ? Also on 1720 with same IOS I am facing problem. Can suggest me what IOS upgrade will solve this issue ?

From your show tech output I see that the 3640 and 3660 are running different IOS versions. There could be some problem with the image that you are running with the 3660. Just check out with the same version image as that of 3640.
