Questions about Caller ID

I have a customer that is wanting to have the ability to do caller ID blocking on a per call basis. Is this possible in CM 3.3? I have tried contacting the LEC and they cannot do this on a PRI so it will have to be controlled on our side. I have confirmed that I can block or unblock the CID completely but am not sure how to do it on a per call basis.

Anyone have any thoughts on this? From what I can tell, I just need to setup a route pattern that does not send the caller ID info. Is that correct? What about the router - it has the SRST capability. Is there anything I need to change on that?
