What is the best way to dedicate conference resources video, audio and web on MP 6.x for executive office that would be avialable at all times (maybe with the same meeting ID?

I know about MP's ablity to reserve the conference but I was asking about specfically reserving ports at all times for Executives. Anytime they need a meeting they just can use the same meeting ID and the bridge is there for them. Which means the resources are allocated for them at all times.

There is also the concept of continous meetings which can nail-up resources for a given meeting. You could also set up floater ports so not all ports can be reserved for scheduled meeting.
