Resource unavailable on PRI link

hi guys:

Recently our router show the following message:

*Oct 18 23:11:51: ISDN Se1/0:15 **ERROR**: cdapi_process_connect_resp: cdapi sez

to reject the call (appl rejected?)

*Oct 18 23:11:51: ISDN Se1/0:15 Q931: TX -> RELEASE_COMP pd = 8 callref = 0xBE9

Cause i = 0x82AF - Resource unavailable, unspeci%fied

About 50% of the calls are failing. DSP

looks good. Any idea what might caused the issue?Thanks for help.

how many channels on the PRI are used for calls?

also, even though dsp's look good, double check the required amount. the total number would include the amount of dsp's required to operate the number of PRI channels in use as well as the number of dsp's required for any transcoding (or other services that would use dsp's such as conferencing)
