Basically you need to go back to when you added the option to the DHCP server and tick the array box... so, if you've not done it before:
On the DHCP server (assuming DHCP service is running? if not, use add/remove program, windows components in control panels), run DHCP from Administrative Tools.
Just under the DHCP item at the top of the tree should be your server name - right click that, and select 'Set Predefined Options'. If you already have option 150 set up under 'Option Name', then select it and delete it.
Then re-add it by clicking 'add', making sure you set the 'Data type' to 'IP Address', tick 'Array', and enter 150 for 'code'. The rest is pretty arbitrary but put something sensible.
Then add the options/ips to either the server or scope options.
