I am having issue with a monitoring company phones that connect to our Cisco IP Tel Network.
The phone calls the monitoring company and sends a client ID digits using DTMF. I did some debugging “debug voice ccapi inout” and I see duplicate DTMF messages sent.
For example the phone is programmed to send only “1119” as a client ID, but on the debug I see duplicate numbers and other numbers that the phone is not programmed to send. The Monitoring company system will then fail to recognize the DTMF message sent to them and Alarm call will fail. See below.
We tested this on a normal PSTN line and it works fine.
CCM version is 4.1, voice Gateway is 2811 – H323 (PRI)
Phones are connected to VG248 and another phone on ATA186
