we have 10 cisco ip phones configured with 1001 for help desk, 1001 is the shared line on those 10 phones for internal users to call, and the busy tigger is configured as 10 on cucm, does it mean the help desk can answer 10 calls with number 1001 at the same time and 11 call will hear the busy singal?
