SIP- Voice/Video over IP : IOS upgrade caused voice problem.

Hi,

I had voice gw configured and it work fine for voice calling between the SIP soft phone. I would like it to support also video, therefore I done research on CCO and it stated IOS 12.4(11)T will support Video codec H.264. I upgrade the voice gw to the 12.4(11)T, after upgraded I am facing one problem. Where when SIP phone call to other party, it ringing...when other party pickup the call..immediately the call DROPPED. Finding no way to solve it ...I down grade it back to 12.4(12) and problem solved. I try 12.4(11)T1, also the same problem happen.

Attached is the debug at gw and the Etherreal captured while problem happen with IOS 12.4(11)T or T1

Hi,

One would need to look to debug ccsip message using both versions, and configuration to understand this better. Keep in mind that non-cisco SIP phones are not officially supported yet, this could be an issue in getting cisco attention on the matter in case there is an standing problem.
