SIP vs H323

Hi,

Due to a new project about Video Conference, I was checking some information about protocols and I am wondering which will be the best to use in a solution that support both (SIP/H323).

- Advantages, Compression, etc

You could ask 100 different people and probably get 100 different answers or  bunch of folks would say SIP cause it's the

key word of the day.  So, let's go this way.  Here is the best comparison I've seen of the two:

Read every category and look for the notes on where things are different - for good or bad.  You'll learn quite a bit.
