Slot 0 Raid control error

Could anyone shed some light on what this error means: "Slot 0 Raid control error", boot process stops F12 to continue.

Could this be a hardware issue where the drive (Raid 0) is faulty?

Hi Steve:

The drive in slot 0 of your RAID-Array has gone bad. In Windows, you can check the status using Compaq Array Utils. You should get it replaced immediately.
