SOS! voip issues

Hi all,

We have a multi vendor voip setup which includes nortel,there are call delay issues from cisco to nortel meridain to ivr,calls coming from nortel passport to meridian have no delay.

Is there any way i can log when a call coming in to cisco router got connected and the router forwarded it to the meridain exchange,so that i can satisfy the customer that its not a cisco issue? there are frequent call drops how can i fine tune them.

last but not least i can not get the cli to display on ivr when the call comes from cisco side,again any log which can show that router actually detected the caller id and its not its fault (the cli is enabled on line and on cisco router).

A swift reply from any one will make my day.
