SPA-3102 causing echo on standard Dect phones

Hi All, Im getting echo/feed back on my 3CX phone system, I have narrowed it down to the SPA 3102 boxes, done factory reset, tried 2 different boxes, tried different phones and phone lines, SPA 3102 with factory reset plugged in to BT line/socket with a BT dect phone plugged in to it and nothing else not connect to the phone system, we get really bad echo/interferance, plug the phone direct in to the BT socket and its fine. please can some one help.

Sorted this now installed a patton 4112 instead of the spa 3102
