Hello,
I have a Cisco VOIP system running unity with call manager. All of the sudden the past week a few of my users have been experiencing random stuttering in the voicemail messages while listen to them in their outlook client.
This happened after upgrading Microsoft exchange 2003 to sp2.
Can anyone point me in the right direction? I am completely new to unity and dont know where to start looking. Uninstalling the service pack doesnt resolve this issue.
