We have an SX20, recently installed, in an environment of mixed 6000MXP and C20 units. When we conduct multi-site calls with this unit over our bridge (an older piece of equipment, Codian) we have problems with some pixilation when the floor passes from one site to another. If conversation is rapid and the floor changes quickly, there can be significant degradation of video and even some audio loss. This only happens in multi-site calls and only on this unit. Latency and bandwidth are not an issue. Wide area configs have been checked and CoS confirmed. It seems increasingly likely it is an equipment issue with the SX20. Any thoughts on hardware settings or other factors that could cause such a problem?
