T1 PRI error

Hello everyone,

I am integrating a router with a Nortel PBX . When call are being make the user gets a busy signal. When I did the debug I realize that the router is getting a release message from the PBX. I am not sure can be done to resolve this. I know that it something to do with the D channel.
