Tanberg VCS not displaying calling name

I have video endpoints that are registered to the VCS. There's a SIP trunk link that connect VCS to CUCM 8.5. When a call is made from the video endpoint across the the trunk to the 7975 the calling name is not displayed

Any thoughts. Its a mix unit of phones and video endpoint. Some endpoint use SIP and some use H323 and some use SIP. The phones the one we use to test mm

Do the endpoints have the information in the correct fields. ( h.323 id). With sip , the uri should be passed along the trunk. What happens when you make a call from cucm to vcs? Also what are the device names registered as in the vcs?
