I'm new this but I believe the only way I've seen to do this is in the CTS GUI in version 1.5. If you log into the CTS and navagate to Hardware Setup under Troubleshooting. From there if you click on Camera and click Start it will loop the camera so you can test the camera angles etc.
The loopback and video test are for troubleshooting and diagnostic purposes.
The best bet is to keep a mirror in the room as users may tamper with the single screen CTS 500 system Codec settings and increase your headache. Also accidents do happen so the access is best left with the admin.
Not aware of the softkey to launch this and don't think this will be in future releasses.
