You may be using the 'T' as a destination pattern in your dial peers and this will wait 10 seconds as an interdigit timeout until it makes the call. Make your destination patterns more specific (eg 5... etc) so the router will make the call as soon as it sees the defined number of digits.
i figured it out today. and i think that your reply is almost right. because the PBX hold a call like your anwser. after changed the parameter of PBX, it was solved.
