Hi,
I am unable to call forward my phone when the lines are busy.
a) I can forward all calls to my mobile
b) I cannot forward calls when there is no answer
c) However, it works when I choose âTo voicemail when there is no answerâ.
Can anyone helps ?

Hi Alan,
Is 998178994 the correct number? (it almost seems like one too many 9's)
Have you checked the CSS associated with the Call Forward search spaces to make sure they have access to External calling?

Excellent catch! Alan, I may not be running the same version of CUCM you are, but I've attached a screenshot of a phone on my system. If you see I have two different calling search spaces I can choose from; however, if I don't put a calling search space in there, an internal extension is all I'll be able to dial based on my CSS and route pattern configuration. This configuration page is not available from the CCM User Options website (what your screenshot look like you're at) and must be configured from CCM Admin.
Forwarding to extensions adhere to the same rules your regular phones do as to who they can call by what calling search space they're in (and what route patterns they have available in them).
