Unable to establish Secure calls after upgrading CUCM 9.1.2

Hi All,

 

Prior to upgrading our Call Manager from version 6.1.5 to 9.1.2 I was able to make secure call from one of my IP-STE phones to another IP-STE phone in network.  

 

After having upgraded to 9.1.2 I can make the phone call from one phone to another, but I can no longer go secure between the phones.  It fails everytime I try to go secure.

 

Nothing in my network has changed except for the upgrade of the CUCM.

The secure phones are GD sectera vIPer phones which are registered within CUCM as 7960 SCCPs.

 

Would anyone be able to provide insight into what I should look for?

we are also running cucm 9.1

we are also running cucm 9.1.2 and are considering getting several sectera viper units.

did your issue ever get resolved?
