unable to play ivr prompt to incoming leg after a connection destroy
I know this should belong in TCL script forum. But I just wanted to see if anyone has encountered this issue.
I was able to play prompt to the incoming leg. Once the incoming leg is connected with outgoing leg, a timer is started. When the timer ends, I issued 'connection destroy con_all' from TCL script. Once the destroy event is done, I tried to play warning ivr prompt to the incoming leg. For some reasons, I couldn't hear anything. I was able to play these prompts before the legs got connected. So that means the "codec" is correct.
Can anyone help me? I basically used the same sample script to do this so the logic is correct. I was wondering if there's anything with the configuration could cause this behavior.
