url error in 7960 on CallManager Express

I have 3 7960 phones configured for CME. One of them has correctly taken the url definitions and displays it on its screen but others give the following messages when the services button is pressed:

phone-1: To set up speed dials and other services for your phone, please go to (SEP_MAC address of the phone)

phone-2: An error occured and was logged. (SEP_MAC address of the phone)

I tried erasing the ephone configs and reconfiguring, resetting etc but any attempts have given result.

Any idea?...Thanks

Have not configured CME. But should be similar to CallManager wrt Extenstion mobility. I guess, there could be some configuration missing and hence the Extension mobility services is not working. Check out the document below for the correct steps of configuring the same.
