we are using a few Cisco 7942 and also some Cisco 7962. Is there any way to use the handset and speaker of the telephone simultaneously? I read a post about this topic from 2006 and maybe there is a way now in 2012 to do so? Maybe there is a way to make an adjustment in the callmanager for the phone?
