Analog phone connected to the FXS port is able to make outgoing calls
but is not able to receive incoming calls (busy Tone).(different ports on different VGs).
Reset the FXS port the phone will be able to receive incoming calls.
Release on VG e CCM are:
VG248 (release 1-3-2ES3)
CCM version 4-1-3-sr4d
check CSS partitions.
If issue still exist please upload CCM traces
CSS, partition , translations...are ok (all).
The fxs can work for days, then itself block.

Can we get the CCM SDI SDL traces when call fails?
Also the status shown under VG248 for Voice Port to see if we have a problem with the port istelf
I think my friend Gonz is probably onto something here with the reference to "Shared Lines" between the VG248 and IP Phones (+5 points for your good work Gonz!)
I went through all VG248 Bugs and found these two that sound like they may be causing the "busy out" condition with Shared Lines;
