Can someone tell me if there are special licensing requirements or other special configuration setups for a video conference call with the cameras? Say 5 video phones at once?

You would need an MCU to allow multipoint video conferencing. This is not supported in Callmanager natively. You could use MeetingPlace, MeetingPlace Express or an external MCU device.

What would be involved in adding an MCU? Hardware to the router? Software addition to CM? Licensing? Or, where can I obtain this information?

An MCU is a separate, hardware device. See the following link.
