Video bad quality, and dropouts between 2 sites, Please help
we are experiencing video drop outs and disconnects between 2 sites, one side has a video codec c20 and the other has a 95 MXP.
I believe they are connecting on normal profile, someone said they connect at 384k
between the sites is a 4meg mpls link, both routers have the RTP traffic in the priority queue at 1meg
what does the latency need to be for this to work?
what could be causing these drops ?
Is there anything I can check on the Tandberg devices that will help me to identify the issue ?
I have ran IP SLA on the router, here is the results
