We have video phone 9951 registered through phone proxy on ASA to call manager. No issue when the video setting is OFF in preference setting for normal audio call. However, when the video is ON, no any call can be made. My thought is it may be something related to codec, license ect. but no solid clue. Anyone had experience on this? Appreciated it!!
