Cisco VT Advantage is supported as of Call Manager Express 4.0. You will need an IOS release of atleast 12.4(9)T "ipvoice", Cisco VT Advantage Video Cameras & a 796x/4x series phone with an integrated switch.
Video will need to be enabled on the CCME platform under "telephony-service" using the "service phone videoCapability 1" command.
Then you will need to enable each phone to support video as follows:
