My company is looking to install Cisco Surveillance cameras, part of the implemenation and setup is to configure QOS and Multicasting on our Network. we are using 3560's along with a 4510 core switch. On the 3560's is it enough to configure the port that the camera will connect with mls qos trust dscp and apply the same command to GIG port which connects back to the Core Switch. On the GIG port on the 4510 configure it with qos trust dscp. In relation to the Multicasting iam not sure where to start so any help is appreciated.

This should be sufficient for video traffic classification but we will need to enable Priority queuing for egress traffic. You should also configure the Camera to set the correct DSCP for video traffic (DSCP 40). If there are WAN links between the viewer and camera, QoS needs to be enabled across WAN.
Please take a look at the Implementation section in IP Video Surveillance Design Guide
