Hi,

I have integrated a Cisco 3500 VC as conference bridge in the Cisco Call Manager version 6. The solution works fine.

I've noticed that some user do not see the video in the remote windows in the Cisco VT Advantage. The users with this problem are able to visualize the video in the remote windows when I disconnect a user.

This is normal behavior ?? or missed configurration??

What is the CallManager version?

What version of MCU are you using?

What is the phone load?

Are you using SCCP or H.323?

The information is following:

The version of the Call Manager is 6.0.1.2000-3.

MCU is the 3545.

The MCU is configured as Conference Bridge in the Cisco Call Manager. And the videoconference are established through Ad-hoc conference.

In the MCU the CUCM is added as TFTP Server and Call Manager.

The phone are 7941 and its firmware is : Cisco 7941 Protocol : SCCP Load Information: SCCP41.8-3-1S
