Our viedo conference running on ip,but have some mosaic sometimes.

The Network is: codec devices--S3524--100M fiber transceiver~~~100M fiber transceiver-S3524-codec devices. MPEG2, 3Mbps streaming,IP MULTICAST,

I want to know the reason.

Do you have any other data running across that link?

Do you have any QOS features enabled? which / what / where ?

Are the CODECs feeding the switch at 10 or 100 Mbps? Do they have any QOS features available and / or enabled?
