VLAN error in CCA

Hi,

Im new to the whole VOIP area and the UC520 so I would appreciate some help.

I have set up the UC520 which was fairly simple but I get a Select Vlan ID error in the telephony voice section of CCA. When I try to select a VLAN the drop down list is emtpy and it prevents me from saving any other information associated with the user and analog extentions etc.

I have changed the Data Vlan 1 to a different subnet but left the phone VLAN 100 as it was.

I did read somewhere that the CCA will error if you change the default VLAN's. the interesting thing is the information for the VLAN is all there just no VLAN ID. can anyone tell me a work around.

Any help would be much appreciated

Hi,

Sorted it out, turns out the was and issue with the vlan100 once I recreated it it work fine
