voice volume is low when analog line connected to FXO port (2911)

hi,

when i connect analog line direct to analog phone the voice volume is fine but when i connect to 2911 router (fxo port) the volume is low. i have cucmbe8.6 as call agent and 2911 as voice gateway.. following is the config for voice ports

voice-port 0/1/0

translation-profile incoming from-PSTN

supervisory disconnect dualtone mid-call

input gain 14

compand-type a-law

cptone OM

timeouts call-disconnect 5

timeouts wait-release 5

connection plar opx 111

caller-id enable

hehe.. the volume on 8941 is maximum..any command that i am missin?

You can try a THL tone-sweep test (search) to optimize line impedence.

Other than that, use digital circuits not analog.
