Hi
I am having a problem whereby IP calls coming in over the WAN are being dropped on lifting up the handset. In the past I have had this problem when there is a routing problem but this does not seem to be the case this time. Do you have any suggestions on what this could be ?
Call Flow is
PSTN->PBX->E1->3825->MPLS->3825->E1->IPPBX->IP Phone

Try answering with the speaker button. If it answers than you have an issue with your handset trigger.

Hi
There are multiple phones. The problem is also intermittant, it will work fine for a while and then 5 or so calls will disconnect as soon as it is answered. Then it will work fine for a while.

Had a similar problem, but not intermittent. One of my routers was forcing a codec on a dial peer, so I was getting a codec mismatch. Calls would ring but as soon as someone answered, it would disconnect the call. And it was only when accessing that dial peer.

Hi Guys
Problem was a dodgy DSP.
Thanks
