[cisco steps]

We are going to implement, new softswitch- (true VoIP) solution will use the Cisco PGW2200 for the ACD..it will run on SUN NETRA using solaris 10. the solution has many components, the AS5400XM gateways, the Cisco software which will run across WINDOWS & UNIX, & the workstation coding.

You can implement Cisco BTS 10200 Softswitch or class4 soft switch.
