VoIP phone limitations

Can someone confirm the number of phones that can be configured with a 2811 router.  The router currently has

PVDM2-16 module but I also see PVDM2-36DM?  If upgraded to the PVDM2-32 what is required to make this happen? Is this a hot swappable module?

Are there any other prep reqs to make this happen?

Amount of phones per platform have nothing to do with PDVMs
