VT Advantage CPU process

We have a mixed number of users that are having issues where the CDPdriver.exe is eating up half the processor. We are running 2.1.1.0. Has anyone seen a fix for this?

These are the Minimum Computer Requirements for installing VT advantage:

"Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional (Service Pack 3 or later) or Windows XP Professional (Service Pack 1 or later)

"1 GHz or higher Pentium III or compatible processor, 1.4 GHz or higher compatible processor recommended

"256 MB RAM minimum

"40 MB free disk space

"Video capable graphics card at 800x600x16 bit or better

"USB 1.1 or 2.0
