We are testing a couple of "Cisco VT Advantage" cameras for video conferencing. When VT Advantage application is loaded on the PC, we can do video conferencing to each other and also make phone calls internally, but we can not make any calls to outside. As soon as we right-click on the Cisco Video advantage on the tool bar and click "Exit" we are able to make calls to outside of the company. Seems like that when the software is loaded, it disables us to make outside calls. When we dial a number, the phone dials the numbers and then immediately drops the line. Any idea?
