Hi team,
We are trying to do a demo for customer on VT advantage (Video) using CCM 4.x server. We are facing some peculier problem where when we initiate a call, it shows only the caller screen on the respective cameras but the voice works oerfectly fine. Is there any special settig required for both the parties to come up on the VTA screen?

In CCM, make sure each IP phone is checked for "enable video" on each end. Otherwise you will only get one or the other.
You may need to reset the phone on each side also.

Hi, we had exactly this problem using the VT Advantage with a 7970G phone, If don't know what model are you using but if it is a 7970 change it for another model.

Well the issue is resolved now. I asked customer to upgrade the firmware on IP Phones...Upgrade IP Phone to the latest firmware found in CCO.
