VTA and UPC

I have a PC that is running Unified Personal Communicator 1.1.3 and the CUPS server 1.0(3) under CM 5.1(1a). My VTA cameras was working fine using regular VTA software to other 7985's and VTA's. Now I uninstalled VTA, and loaded UPC and am now unable to do video calls. Under UPC I can test local video and it shows just fine. I place a call to a 7985, VTA or another UPC client w/cam and audio only without the ability to promote to video.

Any thoughts?
