Our requirements are something like this :-
We have 3 locations. 2 locations (locationA and locationB) are
connected with Fiber optic link and the 3rd location (locationC) is
connected with 1mbps wireless link to locationB.
- In LocationA we need 10 users to have Videoconferencing capability
from their PC and we need 4 meeting rooms to have Videoconferencing
facility.
- In LocationB we need 10 users to have Videoconferencing capability
from their PC and we need 4 meeting rooms to have Videoconferencing
facility.
- In LocationC we need 3 users to have Videoconferencing capability
from their PC and we need 1 meeting room to have Videoconferencing
facility.
Can someone also provide us a rough idea about the equipments
required.
Thank you

Not sound like a spokes person for Polycom but they have some very half decent P.C cameras for desktop users called ViaVideo they can also work on VPN, and they half some good conference room cameras as well but it really depends on the requirements such if there is a need for T.120. I would suggest implementing QoS to location C especially if there is alot of data passing acroos this link during business hours. Lastly you need a VC manger I use Cisco 3540 but I hear other are happy with Radvision, Tandberg, or Polycom. If you require more info feel free to reply
