Agent los in to another extension automatically.

Hi Guys,

I am facing a peculiar issue, where the agent logs in to Phone automatically in UCCE environment.


* CUCM version:

* ICM  8.0

A user with login ID 1234 logs in to extension 81996, and when another user presses Services button on 81997 extension to login, he sees 1234 agent is logged to that phone also with all the skill group replicated to this phone as well. The error message displays in the phone when trying to login is " The agent with This IP addres is already logged in. Press 1 to log off and 2 to login with different user name."

I asked logged in user to logout once and check, The user logged out, and i can see he has logged out from both the phones (Manually from one where he logged in , and automatically from another one). tried re associating the phone with cmpg users, and rebooting the phones. No fruitful result.

Anyone has faced this issue before please..
