Hi ,

I am using AS5400M for our calling card service.

Our diagram for service is below.

We have 3 inbound carriers and two are TDM and one the other is SIP inbound.

And our outound is SIP only through public internet.

We have severe lost and delay problems and I don't know what's wrong.

According to the AS5400 Data sheet it does support SIP although the exact wording is "The SIP implementation on Cisco AS5400 Series Universal Gateways & dual-tone multifrequency (DTMF) relay, for interconnection with application service provider (ASP) networks.

I think DTMF relay should be configured in the dial-peer.
