Hello,

is it possible to run an ATA186 behind a SpeedTouch 510 ADSL Gateway ? this ADSL gateway is used as a NAT Device( devices on local network are assigned private IPs, the PPoE interface is assigned a public ip from our ISP ? should i use it in a Bridge mode in order to let ATAs communicate ? does anyone run into such setup?

HEllo Ali,

First of all you have to get fixed real IP from your isp. After getting fixed real IP you should set 1 NAT server on the ATA then set NAT IP that made by your isp your isp fixed, as i mentioned above.

Lastly you have to open the ports that you are using for voip on your adsl modem.

I guess ATA186 in H323 Mode doesn't work behind NAT's. You can either configure to use GK Proxy or SIP.
