ATA188 cached config file

I have upgraded a number of ATA188's from MGCP to H323. This part was succesful. I have also created induvidual configs on the tftp server for each device. On a few of the config files I made some typo's on the UID, I used duplicated numbers! I have re-created the files this time correctly. After re-booting the ATA the old number is still being used and this is confirmed from the web browser. I have tried a factory reset and also the http://10.10.10.10/refresh command to force download of new config file. Still no luck. How can I flush the cached file form the ATA?

The http://x.x.x.x/refresh or http://x.x.x.x/refresh is used to tell ATA to reset when the phone is in idle mode. If its not working, make sure that you have not turned on the configuration parameter OpFlags bit 8 and 9.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I haven't got the unit/config file with me at present to check the settings. I am confident that the reset/refresh works OK as the unit does do a re-boot after applying this command. LED start to flash etc just like the normal boot. Also tried power off with no luck.

Turning off the tftp cache option on the callmanager sorted it!
