I am familiar with IOS and VoiceXML but I can not seem to figure out a way to play an audio message using vxml after the caller has dialed their number but before the opposite side is rung in IOS. I could do the entire thing in vxml with call transfer, I know. But is there another way in IOS in the dial-peer statements to start the vxml app and follow the dial-peer statement after the app is completed? I would even settle for the caller picking up the phone hearing the audio message then a dial tone. Can this be done. VoiceXML for IOS normally just hangs up when the app is completed. I would want dial tone instead. Any thoughts? FYI, I am working with 3660 platform.
