Australian SIP providers and settings?

                  Hi Guys, i have just been handed a UC540W, and asked to add a SIP connection

Has anyone done this with a service provider called engin before?

there help desk said to fill every option with "trunk.engin.com.au"

which doesnt seem to work

has anyone succefuly done this before?  any screen shots of the SIP trunk Page floating around? U/N pass removed
