AutoAttendant question

The customer has a IPT system with CCM and Unity ,now I need configure AuotAttendant . I know I can setup AutoAttendant through call routing and call handlers on unity ,Can I do it through Customer Response Applications Administration ? I finished all process on CRA and CCM ,but I find AutoAttendant is not working,I hear the busy tone ,why? Help !

And I find the state of CTI router point is Not Found.But the state of CTI point is well.Why?Do I need enable CTI router point ?how to do it ?
