Call Manager 4.00

I installed call manager 4.00 in MCS 7825-I3 . After installation it is showing:-

DBError 1547

CDBLException Dump:[Object creation failed]

DB error

Kindly help

Is the DBL COM+ Object started? Please go to Start -> Programs -> Administrative Tools -> Component Services, and drill down to Component Services -> Computers ->My Computer -> COM+ Applications, and confirm that the DBL component is started.

Again, I have seen cases in which resetting the SQLsvc password under Control Panel>Admin tools>Computer Management>Local Users and Groups>SQLsvc takes care of the issue.

Can you please send me the detailed procedure of how did you install the 4.0.

I have 4.02a and wanted to install it as subscriber on MCS 7825.

What CD should I start with for installation from the scracth without any OS existing.

I know the hardware CD should be placed first but I am just confused.
