call manager database issue

Customer had a power outage that caused various network problems. Along with that, the call manager cluster sql replication stopped.

A week after the dust settled, one phone was experiencing strange prolbems: If a user called the ext., the user saw someone elses name appear in their display even though the dialed number rang. If the call fwd. to vm, it went to another subscriber's greeting.

Everything in the admin db was correct. We tried deleating/readding the phone & when that didn't work, tried giving the user a brand new phone - same prolbem. It was only when we changed their ext. number could we get rid of the problem.

Has anyone experienced anything like this? I'm trying to get customer an answer as to what caused it.

Thanks

Rob

Re: call manager database issue

What version of callmanager you are using? Try upgrading the same to the newer version.

Re: call manager database issue

Actually, we ended up upgrading call mgr to 3.2.2c with all the latest hotfixes, patches, etc.

So far problem has not resurfaced and system is stable.
